My story
Business first, then learning design
My path into learning design began with an accounting degree, a minor in marketing, and a role as an administrative assistant. In every job, I found myself drawn to helping others learn. If training materials weren’t available, I created them. I also volunteered to onboard new colleagues, helping them feel welcome, confident, and ready to succeed.
That passion eventually led me into e-learning design, where I combined my business background with my love of making learning clear and practical. At Microsoft, I designed and delivered sales training for employees and partners worldwide and designed the Standards of Business Conduct training required for every employee.
I founded G Squared to bring that same care and experience to organizations of every size. I work alongside you to understand your goals and create learning that connects with your people, builds confidence, and helps them put new skills into practice with results you can see.
